ACTIVITY I. Art Therapy
Purpose: It is for self-expression and gaining personal insight out of art.
Materials: White cartolina/bond papers with pre-mandala circle printed on it,
markers, crayons
Time: 1 hour
Instruction: Each participant will be given a printed pre-mandala circle and set
of markers and crayons. They will be encouraged to share their art materials to
other participants. Each one may choose one/multiple colors from the markers
and may draw freely on how they design/finish their printed pre-mandala circle
without judgment for 1 hour. Each will be given 1-2 minutes to describe their
output. At the end of the seminar, a panel of judges will decide and award the
most creative/beautiful mandala.

The American Art Therapy Association describes art therapy as “a mental
health profession that uses the creative process of art making to improve
and enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals
