any article of the Charter, provided that such reservation does not conflict with the aims and fundamental purposes of the Charter. 2. Any State party that has made a reservation pursuant to paragraph 1 of this article may withdraw it at any time by addressing a notification to the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States. 3.
