This is important if society is to move toward the eradication of discrimination. 7. IN-HOUSE TRAINING The Commission holds strongly to its belief that officers and staff must keep abreast of human rights issues and developments at the global level. The EWG has therefore been assigned the task of organising in-house training. Speakers from other organisations are often invited to facilitate the sessions.
