III. Participants Who Passed the Post-Training Test
To ensure that the HRIEAs are effective and are able to achieve the intended outcomes
and impacts, the CHR complements the information and education actions with an
assessment mechanism specifically through pre-testing and post-testing procedures. The pretest and post-test metrics are used to compare the knowledge and skills of the participants
before and after training respectively and provide indicators for training program
development. Regarding this, it recorded that 21,003 or 97. 28% of the 21,590 participants
who took the post-tests for the HRIEAs conducted during the year qualified to pass. It was
also noted that out of the 22,492 number of participants, 22,435 or 99. 75%, indicated general
satisfaction of the training sessions conducted.
