Judith Collins, agreed that it was important to integrate the National Plan of Action for Human Rights with the outcome of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Aotearoa New Zealand being undertaken by United Nations Human Rights Council. On that basis the Minister agreed to the completion date for the plan being changed to March 2015.
