ee including provision of enough time for and access to application of objection even during dete
ntion; during the deliberation on objection related legislation and fact have to be regarded, and a
new evidence may be submitted; hearing has to be carried out to enable refugee applicants to pro
vide and explain evidence submitted; the refugee applicant has a right to request a hearing; object
