6. Annual Performance Statement
As the Accountable Authority for the Australian Human Rights Commission,
I present the Commission’s 2023–2024 Annual Performance Statement.
The statement has been prepared as required under section 39(1)(a) of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth).
In my opinion, this statement accurately presents the performance of the
Commission in the reporting period and complies with section 39(2) of the
Public Governance Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth).
