The process for the acquisition of lots for the stations and precincts is currently underway. There is continuous liaising and coordination with local chief executives and other stakeholders for deed of donation or usufruct for the areas where the facility will be constructed. 136 The creation of facilities is also in line with the implementation of the Fishing Vessel Clearance as provided by Executive Order 305. Boats below 3 gross tons, will have to get clearance from the PNP-MG which states that the boats are not involved in any illegal activities. Maj.
