Municipal Water Delineation Data from DILG In relation to allowing Commercial Vessel Fishing (CVF) operations, there were 182 LGUs (19.22%) who passed ordinances allowing commercial fishing in municipal waters (Table 2). Region IV-B has the greatest number of LGUs with ordinance to allow entry of CFV at 38 municipalities, followed by Region VI and VIII at 32 and 23, respectively. The data presented was still under review because it represents those who allowed commercial fishing with the appropriate ordinances, and also those who allowed it without the proper ordinance. 110 It is worthy to note that 429 (45.3%) are designated as non-compliant LGUs.
