Raymund John P. Rosuelo Chief of the Research and Knowledge Management Division, The Commission of Human Rights of the Philippines Raymund John P. Rosuelo serves as the Chief of the Research and Knowledge Management Division at the Philippines Commission of Human Rights. He is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at De La Salle University-Manila, where he focuses on the effects of human rights treaty mobilisation. In recent years, his work has concentrated on developing human rights data indicators and fostering data partnerships, particularly concerning Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 16.10.1 and SDG 16.1.2. He has been involved in the expert group Meetings leading to the establishment of the Collaborative, a global initiative to utilise non-traditional data sources for monitoring SDGs. Pravesh Sharma Chairperson, Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission Pravesh Sharma graduated with a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. He has worked in private practice in Fiji and has also practised as a corporate solicitor and prosecutor in Wellington, New Zealand. Since May 2015, Pravesh has been operating his own firm, Victoria Chambers. His main areas of practice include criminal, family, and human rights litigation. In September 2018, Pravesh was appointed as a commissioner of the Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission. On 24th February 2022, he was appointed chairperson of the Commission for a term of three years. On 24th March 2023, Mr. Sharma was appointed as the Oceania representative of the Human Rights Defenders Working Group, with a term of appointment lasting until the Human Rights Defenders Regional Action Plan project is implemented.
