The following penalties can be
imposed against any one who is
found responsible for sexual
harassment.
A written report on steps taken
after the complaint should be
attached to the personal file of
the employee who committed
the offence.
This report should contain the
nature of offence, reprimand and
disciplinary action taken.
The following basic matters should be
included in the procedure:
Investigating and reporting complaints so as to provide sufficient
time for all steps. This whole
procedure should be completed
within a period of 6 months of
receipt of complaints.
