As shown in Table 2-3-2, the number of cases approved stood at 331, which included six cases of accusation and investigation request, three cases of recommendation of disciplinary actions, 198 cases of recommendations, 122 cases of mutual settlement, one case of legal aid request and one case of emergency relief. In 2010, out of 3,906 dismissed cases withdrawn complaints took up a large share and among the withdrawn cases, many were withdrawn as complaints were resolved or complainants were satisfied with the outcome.
