Importantly, the satisfaction of members with the website remains very high, with all the members
agreeing that the information on the site is accessible (a median rating of 5 out of 5). Members also
totally agreed that the information was accurate and relevant (median ratings of 5 out of 5). These
statistics indicate that the APF website continues to be well utilised by members and stakeholders.
The APF has been aware that the usage of the website has plateaued in recent years and has been
reviewing and redeveloping the APF website over the last year with the intention of implementing
changes under the 2015–2020 Strategic Plan. Members and stakeholders have been asked to prioritise
APF communications activities and have indicated that the continued development of the website is a
high priority.
This year, visits from Australia, the United States, India and Malaysia accounted for just over half the
traffic to the website, as show in Figure 6. Of the top ten countries of origin visiting the APF website,
seven were from APF member countries. Of the top 25 countries of origin visiting the APF website, 13
were from APF member countries, the majority of others are countries of key APF stakeholders and
donors. It is worth noting that the APF member countries not listed in the top 25 visitors to the APF
website are predominantly West Asian, emphasising the importance of providing content in Arabic.
