69 03. Refrain from displaying in a building premises or a land belonging to the Government or a private person or in a public place or road to which the public has access to, any election propaganda notice or photograph with the object of promoting the election of a party or independent group or to prevent the election of a rival party or candidate. 04. Refrain from using land, building or any property owned by the State or Semi-State institutions for election propaganda. 05. Refrain from using places of religious worship or land or premises belonging to any religious organization for election propaganda. 06. Restrict display of posters, flags of candidate’s number only in the vehicle in which candidate travels. 07. Restrict any decorations or exhibition of propaganda materials to a place of propaganda meeting where it is held and such decorations should not harm the environment. All such decorations be removed without delay after the meeting. 08. Refrain from holding processions, public rallies and motorcades with respect to propaganda activities within elections period as they are violations of election laws.
