Deliver the aforesaid dispositional order
in open court, after signing it.

In dealing with plea-bargaining application, the judicial authorities shall not:

Subject the plea-bargaining to 265L Cr P.C.
provisions to anything contained in any other
provisions of the Code and any other
provisions which may be inconsistent with
the plea-bargaining provisions.

Permit the statements made or facts stated by
the accused in plea- bargaining to be used
for any purpose other than plea bargaining.

Apply plea-bargaining measures to any
juvenile justice proceeding under the Juvenile
