In the same context, persons with physical disabilities suffer from the lack of environmental facilities in public places of entertainment and culture available to the public. Furthermore, persons with hearing impairments suffer from the lack of sign language in television cultural and entertainment programs, where it is limited to the six p.m. local news bulletin. In this connection, the following observations were recorded: 1. Lack of places for spending leisure time, such as public gardens, theaters and cinemas, especially outside the capital Amman, in addition to the exclusion of persons with disabilities from entertainment on the shores of the sea and walking nearby. 2. This right may be partially satisfied, which requires the government and private entities to provide or assist in providing various means to enable persons with disabilities to exercise their rights stipulated by the international convention, including their right to cultural life and recreation. 3. The opportunity to develop the talents of this category of society should be availed, not only for their own benefit, but also for the enrichment of society.
