As for the visual disability, no Braille language is available in the courts, but as all trials are public (except as otherwise provided for by law), all the proceedings are recited overtly for the public, including persons with visual disabilities. Thus, this right is realized for visual disability, but through hearing, rather than in writing. 4. A violation of this right was monitored, as persons with physical disabilities participated in the meetings of some courts in the kingdom in a manner that prejudiced their dignity, such as being carried to upper floors before the eyes of the public. 5. Some courts and Lockups are environmentally ill-prepared for persons with physical disability. However, for other types of disabilities, each disability is dealt with separately in accordance with the law. 6. Some judges lack sufficient knowledge about autism. Moreover, alimony for one of the separated parents is not disbursed due to the fact that judges are unacquainted with the rights of persons with disabilities. Second: The Freedom and Security of Person Enjoyment of persons with disabilities of their personal freedom and, thus, preserving their personal security is considered one of the truisms, on which the basics of treatment of human beings in Jordan are generally based, especially after Jordan had committed itself to the relevant international conventions, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, as Article (9) stipulates that "Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention. 14
