Proper steps should be taken for their situation, with a transparent management system adopted for them. B. Domestic norms Contents Domestic norms - Concerning the protection of aliens under domestic laws, Article 6 (Effectuation of Treaties and International Laws and Guarantee of Aliens’ Status) of the Constitution and Article 4 (About Foreigners in Republic of Korea) of the National Human Rights Commission Act apply. C. Core agenda items for promotion Ⅰ-11-1. The country should join the Work in Fishing Convention (2007) in connection with the need to improve the human rights situation of migrant workers engaging in coastal fishing.
