JAMAKON Drafted its 2nd Strategic
Plan for Year 2016-2020
•
Developing Strategic Plan is the most
important roadmap of JAMAKON for
its institutional development. The 1st
Strategic Plan of JAMAKON was developed
for a five-year period (2010-2015).
For developing a comprehensive and
inclusive 2nd Cycle Strategic Plan (20162020), JAMAKON started its drafting in
2014. The 2nd Strategic Plan of JAMAKON

In 2014, JAMAKON formulated a learning
plan for its staff in furtherance of a
learning need assessment survey carried
out in 2013. The survey identified key
improving areas of its staff members in
different departments with regard to
their responsibilities. The implementation
of learning plan is presently in progress.
Moreover, in order to improve JAMAKON’s
capacity to perform its statutory
responsibility, a number of need-based
skill development training have been
provided to its officials abroad throughout
the year. Through these training
programmes the concerned officials
have not only enriched their knowledge
and skills but also allowed their coparticipants to share their experience
and thereby facilitated cross-fertilization
