To achieve the strategic objectives, the Commission will make the best use of the power vested to it under the Human Rights Commission Act, 2053 and reorganise the Commision to enhance its work efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, it will build a network of partners and supporters for implementation of the Strategic Plan, expand its accessibility and mobilise the necessary financial resources.
