Jurisdiction of the 33. a. The Commission may inquire into a matter concerning an event that occurred prior to the Commission enactment of this Act, if the event took place after 1st January 2000. b. Unless stated otherwise, the Commission shall only inquire into complaints that had occurred after the enactment of this Act, should the time period between the events complained of and filing of the complaint at the Commission have not exceeded a period of one year as per the Gregorian calendar. c.
