a. Participation in high-level representative meetings, inside or outside Palestine, as determined by the Commissioner-General. b. Attend the annual meetings of the Board of Commissioners, and participate in discussions, without voting. c. Provide advice to the Board of Commissioners and the Commission's staff on human rights issues in accordance with the Commission's vision and mission. d. Carrying out any tasks in promoting the vision and mission of the Commission, which fall within his/her competence, as assigned by the Commissioner-General. 4. Honorary membership does not entail any financial obligations on the Commission. ****
