             Human Rights KP, Chief Child Protection & Welfare Commission KP and representatives of the Public Health Department, academia, education departments, media, lawyers, CSO’s, and NGO’s working on human rights in Swat. NCHR KP team participated in a three-day training on “Child Protection Case Management & Referral System (CP-CMRS)” organised by Child Protection & Welfare Commission KP in collaboration with UNICEF. NCHR KP team held a detailed meeting with KP Ombudsperson regarding the proposed provincial consultation on amendments in the KP Protection of Women against Harassment at Workplace (Amendment) Act, 2020. Coordinator KP held a detailed meeting with Mr. Aslam Nawaz Khan (SP Investigation Peshawar) & Mr. Shakil Khan (SP Cantt Peshawar) regarding the brutal murder of a young minor girl, in Kali Bari area Peshawar Cantt. Both the senior officials briefed NCHR that four investigative teams were working on it. Coordinator KP visited Swat to participate in a two-day Validation Workshop for Technical & Communication Packages for Child Protection Case Management & Referral system in KP organized by KP Child Protection & Welfare Commission in collaboration with UNICEF Pakistan. NCHR KP team held a meeting with Director, KP Director of MoHR, Director of Law & Human Rights KP, Assistant Director, KP Child Protection & Welfare Commission. NCHR KP team held a meeting with Gender Specialist Social Welfare department, Director Programs, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Commission on the Status of Women. NCHR KP team held a meeting with KP Ombudsman team. NCHR KP team held a meeting with Director Right to Information Commission KP and Assistant Director Rights to Services. NCHR KP team participated in a two-day “Dialogue on Implementation of National Action Plan on Business & Human Rights. The event was organised by the Ministry of Human Rights in collaboration with UNDP. UNDP organised a two-day consultative seminar for improvement in coordination and consultation, attended by NCHR, HRIs, provincial government representatives, civil society, and other stakeholders. Dr. Saad Sikandar Khan, DG/HR KP, visited office of NCHR to discuss matters of mutual interest and cooperation. It was decided that they will develop SOPs for improved collaboration between NCHR and the Department of Human Rights. Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Coordinator participated in an event organised by the School of Law, Qaid-E-Azam University Islamabad in order celebrate International Human Rights Day. The event was attended by representatives from government departments, INGOs, faculty members, and more than 100 students from Quaid-e-Azam university. UNDP Pakistan team visited Regional Office NCHR to discuss: capacity building of law enforcement department and education department to include human rights chapter in syllabus; awareness raising on human rights in settled and merged areas. 64
