  Organised a training session on “Digital Market Space” for the transgender community of Islamabad. Conducted an official visit of King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra. As a result of NCHR’s visit, the MS issued an office order to reserve a ward for transgender patients. ADVOCACY AND AWARENESS        Attended an event on Human Rights Day, as the guest of honour, organised by NUST University, Islamabad. Celebrated Human Rights Day at NCHR Head Office with invitees from minority communities. Minority Office, in collaboration with Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organised a consultation with the elders of Christian communities on the need for a fresh census and the developing of fresh voter lists. Minority Office, in collaboration with Digital Essential Pakistan and Islamabad Crescent Lion Club, organised a training session on selling through digital marketplace for the transgender community at NCHR Head Office. Minority Office in collaboration with PJN and PPI had a follow up consultation to address the uplifting of religious minorities in Balochistan. The consultation was attended by diverse members of minority communities from different faiths. To commemorate International Human Rights Day, NCHR Minority Office paid tribute to the medical workers of Pakistan who were the front-line warriors in the battle against the devastation caused by the pandemic and the recent floods in Pakistan. NCHR Minority Office dedicated International Human Rights Day to the sanitary workers of Pakistan. NCHR strongly believes in maintaining the dignity of all workers, and achieving an open and tolerant society. 49
