S.437(4) 5. Ensure that detailed reasons are recorded while releasing any person on bail if the accused is involved in a non-bailable offence. S.437(3) 6. Ensure that conditions are imposed while granting bail for offences punishable with imprisonment which may extend to 7 years or more : that such person shall attend the court in accordance with the conditions of the bond; that such person shall not commit a similar offence of which he is suspected and shall not directly or indirectly make any threat or promise to any witness.
